Councilman Harris presiding with the follow- ing members Being present: Messrs. Baldwin, Chambers, Eastman, Law, Marino, Myers, Russell and Tracy. The following proceedings were had, to-wit: On motion duly made, seconded and carried unanimously, the minutes of previous .meeting .wer.e dispensed .with. _ ' Mr.. Beck, Mr.: Harris and Mr. Haworth. discussed their recent interviews with the Public Service Commission of Indiana in regard to rate adjust T—' ments for the M.E.L.&P.P. Councilman Tracy moved that this Body give the General Manager of the ‹ .Light Plant .authority;.to proceed with the preparation of a petition for rate adjustments to the .P.ublic Service Commission of Indiana, and if necessary file therewith a petition for authority to issue revenue bonds for expansion and rehabilitation of the Plant generation and transmission systems. This motion was seconded by ,Councilman, Marino and on voice vote, the following was recorded:. AYes:, eight ,(8).; Nays,.,one (1)..- The_ vote being in favor of the motion, the Chairman declared said motion carried. ,On motion duly made, seconded and.unanimously carried,, the claims in th,e amount of $52,144.33 were allowed.
