CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE MUNICIPAL F.LF,CTRIC LIGHT

MDAY, AUGUST 15, 1949.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a committee.
in charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant,
met in regular session in the office of the Board of Public Works and Safety
in the City Building in said City, Monday, august. 15, 1949, at 7:30 o'clock
P.M. (C.S.T.). Councilman Chambers presiding with the following members being
present: Messrs. Baldudn, Harris, Law, Marino, Myers, Russell and Tracy. The
following proceedings were had, to-wit:
On motion duly made, seconded and carried unanimously, the minutes of the
previous meeting were dispensed with.-
The claims in the amount of $81,450.O8 were allowed. Of this amount the sum
of $20,925.14 was transferred from General Fund Cash to Depreciation Reserve
Fund Cash; the sum of $4,945.71 was transferred from Depreciation Reserve Fund
Cash to General Fund Cash.
On motion duly made, seconded and carried unanimously, the meeting adjourned.
