MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL, SERVING AS A COMMITTER IN
CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING
AND POUR PLANT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
MONDAY, JULY 18TH, 1949.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a committee in
charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant, met in
regular session in the office of the Board of Public Works and Safety in the City
Building in said City, Monday, July lath, 1949, at 7:30 P.M. C.S,T. , Councilman
Chambers presiding,with the following members being present: Messrs. Baldwin,
Eastman, Harris, Marino, Myers, Russell, and Tracy, Councilman Law being absent.
The following proceedings were had, to-wit:
On motion duly made, seconded and carried unanimously, the minutes of the previous
meeting were dispensed with.
The Committee allowed claims in the amount of $la,085.72. 0f this amount, there was
the following transfer: The sum of $2,a97.33 from the Depreciation Reserve Fund
Cash to the General Fund Cash.
On motion duly made, seconded and carried unanimously, the committee adjourned.
