• OP THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.

The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
Committee in charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting
& Power Plant of said City , met in the office of the Mayor, Monday ,
March r3rd, 1947, at 8:30 P. M. --- Messrs. Brehm, Ewbank, Harris, Homan,
Kinder,Marino, Russell & Tracy being present the following proceedings
• were had to-wit;
The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.
Mr. Stevens presented a report on Generation for the month of February
which showed 8,543,000 k. w. in comparison with the same period for the
month of February, 19146 which was 6,957,b00 k. w. a 22.8 percent increase.
The peak load for the month of February 191+7 was 20,3000 k.w. in comparison
' • with -IL,600 k. w. for the month of February, 1946 a 23 percent increase.
For the first two months of 1947 the reports shows 17,7S1,000 k. w. in
emi com~�ar.i.son with 15,155,000 k. w. for 19i.6 an increase of 17.3 percent��e� ,..,,Z� over
the ttko months period.
For the first two months of the year 1947 the peak load was 21,100 k. w.
in comparison with the same period for 1946 which was 18,000 k. w. '
Mr Stevens re-corted the installation of the boiler and turbin was pro-
gressing satisfactory.
Aft-er allowing claims in the amount of $104, 31411.05 on proper motion
the meeting adjourned.
