The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indl;,I,,,
met in regular session at the Office of said Board on Frida;
AugWt loth, 1906? in regular session at 10 O'clock A, li,A,
the members of said Board being present: viz, Messrs, Zeller,
Davenport and Rosa. The following proceodinrgs were had, to,.
The Board met to hear all persons interested by in the I Rev-
olution of Linddn Avenue, provided
number 81. After hearing all the persons who appeared
( No one appearing) and being fully advised in the premises,

Company were notified to remove 150 joint Poles.
Mr. davenport; moved that the Superintendent of the Light
Plant be instructed to collect the amount due from the Ho¢'
Telephone Company for poles, Motion prevailed.
On motion of Mr. Davenport, the City Attorney was instructed
to prepare notices for the removal of obstructions from alley
running through Bennetts outlets,

On motion the Clerk was instructed to notify the School

met in regular session at the Office of said Board on Wednes-
day Auguct 15th,.1906, at 10 O'clock A. M. All the members
of.sald Board being present, viz, Messrs, Zeller. Davenport
and Rosa. The following Droce^d.ings were had, to -wit: -
The Board met to hear all persons interested in the matter
of Improvement"P,esolution number 8?, (The construction of
cement sidewalks on the west side of south 8th street, from
Main street to south "A" street ) After hearing all those who
appeared, .(No remonstrance having been filed) and being fully
advised in the premises, the Board decided that the benefits
to property liable to be assessed for said improvement would
equal or exceed its estimated costs as the same appears from
