The following proceodinrgs were had, to,. The Board met to hear all persons interested by in the I Rev- olution of Linddn Avenue, provided number 81. After hearing all the persons who appeared ( No one appearing) and being fully advised in the premises, the Board decided that the benefits to -property liable to be assess imatedecosts ofisaid rimprovementwould as theequal same appearsxcend the st- from the report of the City Civil Engineer. And ti:eteupon said Board confirms said original Resolution without modificaticr, on 1.10tion of Mr. Davenport, The Richmond Light Heat & POwer Company were notified to remove 150 joint Poles. Mr. davenport; moved that the Superintendent of the Light Plant be instructed to collect the amount due from the Ho¢' Telephone Company for poles, Motion prevailed. On motion of Mr. Davenport, the City Attorney was instructed to prepare notices for the removal of obstructions from alley running through Bennetts outlets, o notify On motionwas ed silbern K.oBradbeury, to have the, theksidewalktcleaned .tand Weds removed from the property at the North East corner of North loth and North E streets. and also remOv31 of hedge #•Once from certain property on :Tate street. On motion the Clerk was instructed to notify the School Board and. owners of property on the south side of South "C" street from south 13th to south 14th streets to clean walks and remove weeds, the City Civil Engineer reported the completion of t"0 following improvements:- South "A" street from ?13t to under improvement resolution number 40, alleys between ons South 18th and 19th streets under improvement re' t resc- numbered 51 and 42.
