on Motion of Mr. Davenport, Charles Elof•f was granted a
reduction of Fifty dollars from the assessnent nade against
his property on aa;ount of the construction of a sewer in
the alley between south 9th and loth streets, from south "H"
stre't to south "I" street provided fcjr by improvement Res-
olution number•39. 1tr Davenport and Zeller votlne in the
affirmative, Mr. Rosa, voting in the negative. Mr. Rosa ex-
plained his vote by saying that he thought Mr, F+loff should
get a reduction of Sixty dollars,
