MEETING OP THE COMMON COUNCIL S "LNG AS A
COMMITTEE IN CHARGE. OP THE OPERATION OP THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING & POWER PLANT
OF TRN CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
Committee in charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting
and Power Plant of said City mek in the office of the Board of Works
Monday April 15th, 1946 at g:30 o'clock P. M. ®- Messrs. Brehm, Chambers
Eubank, Homan, Kinder, Marino,, Russell & Tracy being present the following
proceedings were had to-wit;
The reading of the minutes of the preceding meeting was dispensed
- with.
The matter of the smoke coming ffbm the light plant sufficient to
disturb the residents of the West side was discussed by the Committee
and it was reported engineers were working the project and the situation
was being relieved.
After allowing claims in the amount of $13, 903.36 on proper motion
the Committee adjourned. •
