MEETING OF THE.COMMON COUNCIL SERVING AS A
COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC ..LIGHTING & POWER PLANT
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.

The Common Council of the City of -Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
Committee in charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting
and Power Plant of said City met in the office of the Board of Works
Monday , February 18th, 1946, at 8: 30 o'clock P. M. -- Messrs. Brehm,
Chambers , Ewbank, Homan, Kinder, Marino, Russell & Tracy, being present
the following Droceedings'wen had to-wit;
The minutes of the precedinhg meeting were read and approved.
The Committee discussed with Mr. Stevens the matter of fumes comming
from the burnt fuel at the Plant and Mr. Stevens stated they were working on
a plan to lengthen the smoke stack at the plant however he was not sure what
the results would be.
After allowing claims in the amount of $23,505.08 on proper
motion the Committee adjourned.
