The Board of Public Works of tt.e city of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the Office of said Board, Friday,
September 14tn 1906e at 10 O'clock A. d. All the members of said
Board being pressszt% vi^: Messrs, Merrill. O'1tea1. and Joi,nsone
the following proceedings were had, to -^it: -
The Clerk prey^nted a communication from A, C. Underhill,
referred to the Board by the Common council, Sane on motior. of
Lr, O'Neal wits read and placed on file.
The petition from the Second English Lutheran Churchaasking
exemption from paying assessr!ent.on account of impro. lnt
amounting to $60,30 Was presented, and on motion of ]tr. Johnson
petition was not granted. All ti.e Board voting in the affirmative
