net 1n regular session at the Office of said Board, Friday,
October 5th, 1906, at 10 0 Clock A. Its All the members of The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met

On Motion the Clerk was instructed to notify Ears, M, F, Fetta lessrs, Spink and Grosvener appeared before the Board and asked
