This is to confirm that at the Public Hearing held by the Architectural
Review and Planning Board on September 23, 2021, your application for a
Level 2 Architectural/Site Plan Review to permit installation of a
new front entry with double doors which are 47% glass panes with
walnut panels at the bottom of the doors at 11 Driftwood Landing
was considered.
The application was approved as submitted and this approval shall
expire on September 23, 2022 if a Building Permit Application,
including the aforementioned improvement, has not been applied for.
