MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL SERVING AS A
COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE
MUNICIPAL ET,ECTRIC LIGHTING & POWER PLANT
OF-THE CITY OF RICHMOND,INDIANA.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
Committee in charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting
& Power Plant of. said City met in the office of the Board of Works
Monday, September 3rd, 1945, at 5:30 o'clock P. M.-- Messrs. Cartwright,.
Hibberd, Homan, -Kinder, Marino, Russell, & Tracy being present the following
proceedings were had to-wit;
The reading of the minutes: gfthe'precedingmeeting was dispensed with.

Mr. Stevens gave a report on generation for the month of August,1945 '
showing a production of 7,504,000 k. w. in comparison with 8,214,000 in the
same period of 1944 a decrease of S.6 %,
The Peak load for the month of August ,1945 was 15,000 k. w. , 1.7% up
over the same period. in 1944, which was 17,700 k. w.
After allowing claims in the amount of $40,075.S7 on proper motion
the Committee adjourned.
