RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, That we employ Frank G. Pierce to
report to us on all matters before the legislature in which
cities and towns are interested, and the clerk is hereby
authorized to draw a warrant in the sum of----=--='-_'= �----��---_
dollars in full payment for all such services and that such
warrant be at once mailed to Frank G. Pierce, Marshalltown,
Iowa.
