A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM R-2 TO C-2
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2929 National Road West, and legally described as follows, to wit:
See Exhibit A attached
as an R-2 One Family Residence District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate’s zoning designation to
a C-2 Commercial District in order to allow the owner to construct and operate a branch bank from this location.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-2 Commercial District.
Passed and Adopted this 19th day of December , 2005, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
