OP THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, MET IN
SPECIAL SESSION.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
Committee -in charge of the operation of the Municipal. Electric Lighting
& Power. Plant of said City met in the officeof the Board of Works,

The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed
with.

Monday , July. 23rd being the date designated by the Committee for
the receiving of bids for the Boiler & Stoker at the Municipal Light
Plant9 bids being as follows;

Mr. Homan moved that the. bids be referred to Mr. Stevens for tabulation
and a report be made to the Committee in a special session if possible
before the next regular meeting date. With a second by Tracy the motion
was- approved.
