MFFTING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL,SERVING AS A
COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC-LIGHTING & POWER PLANT
OF THE CITY OF RICR1 OND, INDIA A.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
committee in cage of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting
& Power Plant of said City , met in the office of the Board of Works
Monday, March 5th, 1945, at 8°30 o°clock P. M. -- Messrs® Cartwright,
Hibberd, Homan, Kinder, Marino, Russell & Tracy, being present the
following proceedings were had to-wit;

with.
Mr. Stevens presente;1 renort on generation for the month of Feb-
ruary showiglg a total of 7,,303, . "0 .k. w. as compared with February 1944
which showed a total of 7,62?,000 k° w. making a small decrease - of
lass than 2//,TO •xf one per centodue to one day less operation in the month
in 1945 as cored to 1944.
The peak load for February showed a total of 17,000 k. w. which was=•
a small decrease in comparison with the same period of last year which
showed a`%eak load for February, 1944, a total of 17,700 k. w. ancincrease

After allowing claims in the amount of S54,114.94 on proper
motion the Committee adjourned.
