The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana a
in regular session at the Offict of said Board, Frldaq, Cetcy
19th, 1906. at 10 O' Clock A. MP All the members of said Boa'
being present, viz:— Messrs, Merrill. O'Neal and Jormoon., rC•
following proceedings were had, to —wit: —
The Board meets to hear remonstrances, if any, of persons
primarily assessed on account of the improvement of the lest
side of South. Bt1, street, by the construction of cerent sides
alks thereon from gain street to South •A" street, as provids
for by Improvement Resolution N0, 82, After hearing all peru
who appeared ( No one appearing) the Board' approves a f'nsl
assessment roll, confirming in all things, the original roll
as heretofore approved, and allows a final estimate for the
construction of said improvement in favor of, Daniel B.Burt-
hardt, for #576.56. Said assessment roll is further ordered
transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance.
The Board approvea a Primary assessment Roll in t-e esat'.er
of the Construction of cement sidewalks on both sides of
Boyer street from State street to School street, as pro-
vided by Improver:.ent Resolution. N0, 750

Bid8 were received for ,*Refreshment Privileges" at Olen
park, as follows: —
So R. 1'ccre, bid $310.00 with Chautauqua privileges, and
$285.00 without Chautauqua privileges.
Charles D. Fetzer, bid #250.00 without Chautauqua privileges
and $325,00 without Chautauqua privileges,
yr, Johnson, moved to reject all bids. Motion prevailed, Messrs,
Johnson and Verrill voting In the affirmative, Mr. O'Neal voting
in the negative.
yr, Johnson, then moved to readvertise for bids providing that a
contract be awarded, for one year with the privilege for three
years. Motion unanimously adopted.
The City Civil Engine erreported the completion of the improvement
of the North side of South "A" street, by the construction of cement
sidewalks thereon, I.Tom South loth street to South llth street,
as provided for by Improvement Resolution N0, 8ly the assessment
roll was ordered prepared,
The Board did then adjourn,
