MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL ,SERVING AS A
COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF TgE OPERATION- OF THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING & POWER PLANT
OF THE CITY OF RICIIMOMD, INDIANA.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a committee
in .charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant
of said City met in the office of the Board of Works, Monday February 19th,
1945, at g;30 o'clock P. M. -® Messrs.Cartwright, Hibberd, Homan, Kinder,
Marino, Russell and Tracy being present the following proceedings were had
to-wit;
The reading of the minutes of the preceding meeting wras >dispensed with.
A report was presented to the Committee in regard to the extended .
Parkway located at the intersection of 22nd and Southlt:Streets which
might involve an ornamental light post if the extension was cut down,
as had been requested owing to numerous accidents at such intersections
when the streets were slick.
After allowing claims in the amountof $ 43,291.19 on proper motion
the Committee adjourned.
