And that all that part and portion of Bliss street in said City of Richmond, South of the South line of said part of said South West "D" street which it is hereby and hereii proposed to open and straighten as above described, and betrrr�- South West Second street and the east line of said tract 22' of the Official Map of said City be vacated: That the lots or lands beneficially or injuriously affected by the appropriation of the above described strip of land, for opening and straighten- ing said part of said South West "D" street., and the vacation of said part and portion of sal d Bliss street, are the lots and ed to be ten butting partiandtreet portionoofssaid street ned and proposed a igh- proposedtobe vacated. M, All the members of said Board being present:- Messrs, Merrill, O'Neal and Johnson. The following proceedings were had, to -wit: - ^he Board met to hear remonstrances and take final action on Declaratory Resolution No, l0° 1906, for the change and relocation of the alley running east from North 6th street along the south ends of lots 28 and 29 in I. E. Jones, Addition. No remonstrances being filed with, or presented to the Board against said proposed relocation and change in said alley, thereupon being fully advised In the matter, the Board takes final action on said Resolution, confirming without modification, all former action taken on the same. And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners or holders of property, and of valuable interests therein, sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected, which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected, The Board considered and on motion approved a Prima Facie assess- ment roll in the matter of the construction, of a sanitary sewer In the territory between Main street and south "A" street and South 20th and 21st street.
