The Roard of public works of the City of Richmond, Inc.. -
met in regular session at the ofrrice of said Board tednes
November 21st, 1 06, at 10 O'clock A, M, All the nember

said Board, ►(essrs, Merrill. O'Neal and Johnson, being,,,
sent, the following proceedings were had, to -sit:-
:,.: Board net to hear rer".onstrancrs from persons interes
in or af:'ected on account of the improvement of North 9r
street by the construction of cement sidewalks on both
sides thereof, from Main street to North "A" street, p:,.
ded for by Improvement Resolution No. 69, after hearing
persons who appeared, ( John L. Rupe, Atty, appearing in
behalf of theMasonic Building ticcoolation, ) the Board
on motion decided to delay final acticn in the matter of the
final assessment roll until Friday November 23rd, inst.
The Clerk was instructed to request the Richmond St:e9t c
Interurban Railway Co, to have their representative meet
with the Board Friday Nov. 23rd, at 10 O'clock A. M.
The Board did then adjourn,

The Board of Public Works Of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board, Friday
November 27)rd, 19069 at 10 O'clock A. 1i. All the members of sa__
Board being present: Messrs, Merrill. O'21ea1 and Johnson. The
following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of the improve-
ment provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 80. 1906. The
constructior_ of a ce;-ent roadway in the first alley south of
Main street running East and Nest, from the first alley east of
South 6th street to South 8th street, Report accepted and assesa-
❑ent roll ordered prepared.
Final action with reference to asses:mment roil in the matter of
the improvement provided for by ImprOVOLIent Resolutio^. ao. 69.
1906, was delayed until November 28th.
Dr. motion the Clerk was instructed to notify, Otis Karns, to take
cars of water running from barn at ti:e rear of the property
located at t^e Southwest corner of Norto8ah rnd D deringTt"resd sid
also Mrs. Rebecca Dulin to have the gr down to a level
walk on Main street alone her property graded
with the walk.
