MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC_LIGHTING .& POWER PLANT
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a c
Committee in charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting
and Power Plant of said City , met in the office of the Board of Works
Monday January, lst, 1944 , at S:30 o"clock LR. M. --Messrs, Brehm, Cart-
wright, R4b4epolo Homan., Kinder, Marino, Russell, Tracy & Wilkins being
present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.

Mr. Stevens presented a report on generation for the month of December
which showed a peak load of lg,000 k. w. compared with the peek load of the
previous year which showed 17,200 k. w. in December 1943, this being an
increase of 4.6 percent.

The annual report for the year showed a total of 93,555,000 in the year
1944, compared with a a total of g7,gg0.00 k. w. for the year 1943, an
increase of 5,703,000 k. w. or 6.5 percent.
The peak load in 1944 was 1g,400 k. w. compared with the peak load in
eai 1943 which showed an increase of 900 k.. w. or 5.1 ,percent..

adjourned.
