The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, pet
in regular session at the 6ffice of said Board on Wednesday,
January 16th, at 10 O'Clock A: M. Messrs, O'Neal and Johnson being
present. 'L^o iferrill being out of the City. the following pro_
ceedings were ::ad, to-: it: -
In the matter of the opening and btraigfatening of South West 'D°
Street, as provided for by Declaratory Resolution No. ll,. 1906,
The Hoard of, Public Works being satisfied that the assessments of
benefits and damages to the prbpeity affected by the opening and
straightening of said street, was made upon an erronious and mis-
taken valuation of the property affected by the opening and stralgr
toning of said street. For which reason is unjust, erronious and
incorrect. And for which reason should not stand, and should be set
aside. It is therefore ordered by the Board of Public Works of said
City of Richmond that the assessments of benefits and damages in tL4
natter of thr, openigg and straightening of said South West °D' Street
be h the same is hereby set aside, cancelled and annulled.
The Board met to hear remonstrances and take final action on Do'

being filed with or presented to the Board against said proposed openin.
