being "resent the following nrooeedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the nreceding meeting wore read and a3proi/ed, .
On the recommendation of Mr. Stevens , Mr. Hibber.d moved that the
contract with General Electric Co. be renewed for furnishing meters
.for the year 1945, effective from December 1st , 1945. to December 31st,
• 19)45. With ,a_ second by Homan the motion was unanimously elpnroved.
Mr. Stevens reported that s-eecifications were being -ere-oared. and that.
the ;)ro-der advertising would be had requesting bids on the installation
of a. net cooling tower at the Light Plant the same to be received by the
Commi_tt-e at 2:00 o 'clock P. M. nn November lot 19114.
