M. --- Messrs. Brehm, Cartwright, Hibberd; Homan. Kinder, Marino , Tracy iJi_lfcins being- present the following rroceedings were had to-wit: The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved. Mr. Stevens presented a report on Generation for the month of September sho,-ing a Gross Generation of 7,661,000 Y. W.
