COMMTTT':E TV CHARGE OF THE OPERATION OF THE
MU ICIPAL"ELECTRIC LIGHTING & POWER PLANT
.OF THE CITY OF RICHcMOND, INDIANA,
MONDAY JULY 17TH, 1944.
The Common Council of the City. of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
Committee in charge of„,the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting
& Power Plant of said City , met in the office of the Board of Works
Monday , July 17th, 19444, at 8:30 ooclock P. M. -- Messrs. Brehm, Cart-
wright, Hibberd, Homan, Kinder, Marino, Russell, Tracy & Wilkins being
present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
-The minutes of the vreccding meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Stevens reported the consumption of electricity was down due
to several factories being closed over the week of the fourth of July.
After allowing claims in the amount of $51,68 4„i42 on proper motion
the Committee adjourned.
