Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an oath,
states or affirms that he is the Chief Financial Officer
of the newspaper(s) known as

and has full knowledge of the facts which are stated
below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the re-
quirements constituting qualification as a qualified
newspaper as provided by Minn. Stat. § 331A.02,
§ 331 A.07, and other applicable laws as amended.

ORDINANCE NO.443
An ordinance ESTABLISHING FEES FOR STORM WATER UTILITY
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1.The schedule of fees for the storm water utility shall be:
Storm Water Utility Annual Fee $24.20 per Residential Equivalency
Factor (REF)
Storm Water Appeal $250.00
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective July 1, 2008 upon its adoption
and publication.
Acopted by the city council of the city of Medina this 20th day of May, 2008.
