accepted, Motion prevailed.

The Board of Public Works. of the City Of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular ses^ion at the office of said Bcard, Wednesday
January 30th, 1907; all the members of said Board being present
!lessrs, tier=ille O'Neal and Johnson. Muting held at 10 O'clock A,
tile following proee-clings were had, to -sit: -
The Board meets to hear remonstrances from persons interested in,
or affected by reason of -the proposed opening and extension of
an alley from National Avenue to first alley South of Main street
East of West 5th street, as provided for by Declaratory Resolution
lio 17. 1907, No remonstrances being filed or presented, the Board
thereupon takes final action on said resolution, confirming without
modification the original resolution. And tee Board further orders
that an assessment roll be prepared showing the property beneficially
or injuriously affected by said improvement,
'ne Board unanimously adopte Declaratory Resolution No. 19. 1907a
providing for the condemnation and appropriation for the right-of-
r;,q across lots 769 104, 1059 1069 107, loaf 1090 •34, •33, .329 .31.
q, 290 26, and 27 in the Jenkins Addition to the city of Rich.^.ond.
