The Board of Publ-lu Worko of thr+ City of Richnund, Indiana,
net in regular seeaion at the Ofiice of said Board, Wednesday
February Btii, 1907, at 10 O'Clock A, H. Messrs, Merrill and
Johnson being present,- Ur. 0111eal, O^Ing absent. The following
prcceadings were had, to -wit:-
She Board mot to hear ramonetrances and take final action on
Declaratory Resolutio. NO. 18. 1907, for the opening and straigh-
tening of South West "ii• •str^.at from South legit ",cord street to
the West line of Tract 220 of the Official Map, City of Richrwnd,
A remonstrance being filed by Mrs. S. Van Ba;ilem, and ot:cers, the
Board proceads to hear the same, and being duly advised in t^e
premises, overrules the cane, And now the Board takes final action
on said Resolution, confirming without modification all former action
taken on the same, And the Board now orders that a 14_st or roll be
prepared of all owners or holders of property, and of valuable
Interests therein, nought to be taken or to be Injuriously affected,
which lint or roll shall also describe the property beneficially
affected,
The Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution No, 87, 1907,
providing for the improvement of the alley between North 20t'n, and
21et, otreete, by Grading, Graveling and Bouldering and c0retruct1')n
Of threfbrick center gutter therein, from North 'C• to North •E"
streets,
The Board unaninously adoptn Improvement Resolutpon No. 6S8n�7,
Providing for the improvar^.ent of South loth, str. -t, s and

and Graveling and construction of cement curbs and ;u,tierer South
