Mr. u-mill being absent. ti:e following proceedings warp said Board being present: Messrs:, Merrill, O'Neal and Johnson, y the following proceedings were had, to-rit:- had, to -wit: - The Board met to hear reatonstrapces, and take final action on Declaratory Resolution No, 13. 1906. This being the date for the hearing of remonstrances from persons whose property is assessed, No remonstrances ,being filed, the Board being fully advised in the premises, approves a final assessment roll in matter, The Engineer presdnted plans, and the Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution No. 89, 1907, providing for the con- struction of a sewer •3' 50"x 4' 4" from the outlet at Sheridan street and P. 0, C, & St, L, Railroad South in Sheridan street to the alley north of Laurel street: thence west in said alley and the alley north of Chestnut street to West Second street: thence north in said West Second street to Center street: thence with a size of •3' •3" �n diameter to State street: thence with a size of •34' diameter welt to alley west of West Second street: thence north in said alley to alley south of Charles street: thence west in said alley to west 1'-ne of Mary J. Steven's adltt Also East in said allay to West Second street with seize of12' diameter Also in the alley north of Chestnut street frog' West Second street to West Fifth street with a size of 24 dial On Motion of Mr, O'Neal, the Board decided to purchase an Electrical e1gr. for the use of the City Light Plant office. The Board did then adjourn. Attest Clerk of Board, Presiddnt on motion of Mr. O'Neal, The Richmond City Mill Works was granted privilege to run a 12" galvanized pipe over and across N, 'F" streat, from a certain brick building situated on their property on the south side of said street, under the follo•aing conditions: Said pipe to be 18' f:'Orn the street level, and to be erected ji# under the direct supervision, and control of the City Civil Engineer, and subject to removal if at any time in the future same is found to be an obstruct- ion., A petition �-ras presented for the construction of a serer 1n the first alley North of North "F" street running east to North 15th street, thence North in N 15th otrpot to a point about 10 feed*#', pX/// South of North "F" street.
