ORDINANCE NO.443
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR STORM WATER UTILITY
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1. The schedule of fees for the storm water utility shall be:
Storm Water Utility Annual Fee
$24.20 per Residential Equivalency Factor (REF)
Storm Water Appeal
$250.00
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective July 1, 2008 upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the city council of the city of Medina this 20th day of May, 2008.
