The Board met to hear remonstrcnel3s, and take final action on Declaratory Resolution No. 19-1907, for tite appropriation of the right-of-vaY over and across lots 76, 104, 105, 106, 107 108. 109, 341 33,.32, 31,•30, 299 26, and 27, in the Jenkins Ad:ition to the. City of Richr,ond.. No remonstrance being filed with or presented to the Board against said proposed approp- riation of said right-of-way, t,�ereupon being fully, advised in the matter, the Board takes final action on said resolution, confirming, without modification, all former action taken on the same. And the Board now orders that a list or roll be pre. pared of all owners or holders of property, and of valuable interests therein, sought to be taken or to be. injuriously affected, which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected. A petition was presented from, William B. Hadley, for permission to construct under private contract a convent sidewalk along the south side of North "B" street from North 9th street to the first alley east of said 9th street, which on motion of Mr. O'Neal, was granted by the Board. The Plat of "Bealview Addition" was presented, and approved by the Board. The Board did then adjouxn. Attest, Clerk of Board. President of Board. All the members of said Board being present, Messrs, Merril', O'Neal and Johnson. The following proce,:dinUs -rare had, to -wit: - pursuant to postponement, the Board takes up for final action Declaratory Resolution No. 17-1907, for the opening and exten- sion of an alley from National Avenue to first alley south of gain street East of Wost 5th street, not being fully advised in the matter, final action was postponed indefinitely. On Motion, 14r. Everett Davis, Assistant City Civil Engineer, was requested to make application for commission as Notary Public. The Board did then adjourn. attest, Clerk of Board.
