proceedings were had, to-wltt-
The Board met to hear remonstrances from persons interested In
the assesarente of damages and benefits on account of the proposed
opening and extension of an alley last of Southwest Second street,
and running from Southwest '£' street to the south line of Tract
1o. 2o: D&Iclal Yap City of Richrond, no provided for by Decls-
ratonlr Re! olution No. 1.4-1907. A remonstrance being filed by,
Joseph 1'ogleman, tl,e Board proceeded to consider aame, after mxb

The Board meets to hear remonstrances from persona interested in'
matter of the aseessrents of damages and benefits on account of
the proposed orar.ing and extension of an alley between National
Avenue and Southwest 'A' streets, from the west end of the Pro -

the progilses, the Board decides that the benefits to proNrty

1nated cost of the same as reported by the City Civil En=lneer. and

dopted, the sari being confirmed without modification,

for the improvement of south lstt street, by the construction of
'rent curb and gutter along both aides thereof, from Main strut
