The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond. Indians, met
in regular session at ttje office of said Board, Wednesday Naro,.
17,th, 19071 at lb O'Clock A. 3g. All the members of said Board
being present. Messrs, Merrill. O'Neal and Johnson, The folloxing
proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board met to hear rcmonstrane�q and take final action in the
matter of Improvoment Resolution 110. 91-1907, providing for the
construction of cement curbs and gutters on South l6th street
from Lain street to South "A" strect, No remonstrances being
filed or presented, the Board being fully advised in the premises,
decided that the benefits to the property liable to be assessedfoi
said improvement would equal or exce^d the estimated costs of said
improvement as shoAm by the report of the City Civil Engineer. The
Board thereupon takes final action on said resolution, confirming
same without modification.
Bids were Deceived for the construction of the improvement provi-
ded for by Improvement Resolution No, 90-1907, by the construction
of(i serer from the East side of Lot 15 Ilugh 1(offitt's 3rd Add,
to North 15th street, thence south on 15th streot to a point10
feet south of the south line of North "F" street) as follows: -
John H, A. Sohneider bid, $1,24 per lineal foot.
John F. Cronin, bid, .90 cents per lineal foot,
On motion the contract for said work was unanimously
awarded to John F. 0ronin.
A petition was presented for ha rovement of South loth stre-t'
by the Grading, Graveling of the roadway, and the constructisnerdO
cement sidewalks and cement curbs and gutters on both sides
