The Board of Public works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, Met
in regular session at the ofCioe of said Board Friday March 15th
1907, at 10 010100k A. M. All tiie members of said Board being pre.
sent. Messrs, Merrill. O'Neal and Johnson. The following procee-
dings sere had, to -wit: -
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected by the following described public improvement,( The con
ntruetion of eenent curb and gutter along both sides of South 17th
street, from Main street to South "A" street, as provided for by
Improve:a�nt Resolution No. 92-1907,) After hearing all persona
who appeared, and being fully advises in the premises, the Board
decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for ed
improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the sane as reported
by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on eat
resolution as originally adopted, the same being confirr.,ed without
modification.
E4 Thy Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution No. 9r-1907,
for the improvement of the west side of South 15th street, by the
construction of cement sidewalk to a uniform width of six (6)feet
thereon from South •C• strel;t to South "D" street.
A petition was presented from Fred Scharf, for the position of
Custodian of the South 7th and loth str^et parks. same was Placed
on file.

; roe Board of Public Works of the City of Rlcrmnd, Indiana, met
inregular session at the office of said Board on wednssday March
20th, 1907, at 10 O' Clock A. H, all the members of said Board being
present: Messrs, Morrill. 01110al and Johnson. The following pro-
medings were had, to -wit: -
the Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected by the following described public irTroverftn.ts:-
!cprovement Resolution No. 93-1907, providing for the improve-.ient of
the East side of North 20th street, by the construction of cement
sidewalk thereon from North •C• street to North •E• street. Also
Irprovenent Resolution N0. 94-1907, providing for the Smprovement of
the alley between South 9th and loth streets, by the Grading,
Graveling and Boulclering and construction of a three brick center
gutter therein, from South •C• strut to a point •340 feet south*
lfter hearing all persons interested who appeared, and being fully
advised in the premises, the Board decides that the benefits to
property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to
the estinatod costs of the same as reported by the City Civil Bngl-
neer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolutions, as ori-
Maily adopted, the same being confirmed without modification.
?oP. Dennis, addressed the Board with reference to the straightening
Of West Main street. He was assured by the Board that before any
action was taken in said matter his suggestions 7ould receive pro-
per consideration.
The Board did then adjourn* presented a copy of
Robert L. Study, appeared before the Board and pre

Pres"t of Board, vlseMent by the Board, to be acted upon at the next meeting
Board.
