The City Civil Engineor was instructed to prepare plane for the
:'ollocing improve-sents:- Opening of an alley between South. 4th
and 5th atre -ts, from South 'Do street to the first alley North,
Cement sidewalks on bath sides of Lincoln street, from West 1st
to West Fth strecte, and Cer..ent roadway in the second alley
South of Hain street, from South 5th street to South 6th street.
