According to the allegations in the action, a vehicle driven by Mr. Trujillo was stopped by Officer Todd Sutton, which led to a citation being issued for driving with an expired driver's license. We are requesting that your office provide us with all dash cameras and body -worn camera footage of all video and audio captured in relation to the investigation of this stop that occurred on September 20, 2021 at approximately 9:50 AM rear 2000 N. Ocean Blvd. in Delray Beach, Florida, as investigated by Officer Todd Sutton, (Unfortunately, I am unable to decipher the written badge number on the citation. The citation is attached for your reference). As part of this request, all dash camera video and audio and all body -worn camera video and audio capturing all moments from the time the Officer arrived at the scene, initiated the stop, up until the Officer leaving the scene are significant for this case, including all interactions the Officer had with each person questioned as part of the investigation.
