The Board meets to hear remonstrances frompersona interested in

ment of Finance,
The Board poUpones final action in the matter of the as-e::ament
roll on account of the Opening and straightening of southwest 9'
strut, as provided for by Declaratoryne.%clution N0. 18-1907,
until Wednesday April•3rd, 1907.
The Board approves a primary assessment roll in the matter of the
appropriation of right-of-way for sewer over Tract 210 official
Map, as p_ovided for by Declaratory Resolution NO. 20.1907.

The attention of the Board was called to the necessity of the ex-
tension of water main on account Of Property owned by krs, Frank
Spinning, Metter taken under advisement,
the attention of the Board was called to the ba d condition of
the south side of North 'E• strait between North loth and llth
streets, Batter taken under advisement.
Too attention of the Board was called to the bad condition of
lorth IV street between Oaur Scott & Co, and the Champion dills,
token under advioement,
Bids sere received for the improve font of South 16th street, by
the construction of cement curbs and gutters thereon on both sides
frog Main street to South NV street, as follows: -
