The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
Committee in. charge of the operation of the Municipal Electric Lighting
and Power Plant oi' 'said`City g' t +,',infthe'offiOe, of the Board. of Works,
Monday, June 5th, 1944, at Ss3O o'clock P. M. --Messrs. Brehm,—Cartwright, .
Hibberd, Homan., Kinder, Marino, Russell, Tracy & Wilkins being present
• the following proceedings were had. to-wit;
The reading of the minutes of the preceding meeting was :dispensed
with,
Mr. Stevens presented a report on generation which showed an increase
for the Month of May , 1944, over the same period of last year 7.6 percent
with a, peak load. of 16,200 k.w. during the same month. •
On the recommendation of Mr. Stevens , Councilman Tracy moved that
$50,000.00 be transferred from the General Fund Cash of the Ma E. L. &
P. P to the General Reserve Fund Cash of te same said Plant. With a second
by Councilman Hibberd. the motion was unanimously approved.

the Committee adjourned.
