Bids were received for the Grading, Graveling and Bouldering and
construction of a three brick center gutter in the alley between
South 9th and loth streets, from South 'C" street to a pobnt•349
feet south as provided for by Improvement Resolution No. 94-1907•
Henry Nolte being the only bidder, on motion the contract ryas
awarded to him at and for the price of 69 cents per lineal foot,
Per his bid for said work.
The Board unaninously adopts Improvement Resolution NO. 101-1907*
for the construction of a 12 inch sanitary sewer in the first
alley east of South 6th street, from South 'H' street to South
'J' street.
The Board postpones final action in the matter of the assessment'
roll on account of the opening and.straightening of Southw
street as provided for by Declaratory Resolution NO. 18-1407,
until Friday April 5th, 1907.

The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board or. Friday
April 5th, 1907, at 10 0 Clock A. M. All the members of said Board
being present: Messrs, Merr111.,0flical and Johnson. The following
proceedings warp had, to -wit: -
The Board rs Ate to hear all persons interested or whose property
is affected by the proposed construction of a District sewer for
the part of said City lying South of West Main street, and West
of the whitewater river, as provided for by Improverent Resolution.
No. 97-1907. After hearing all persons who appeared and being
fully advised in the premises, the Board decides that the benefits
to property liable to be assessed for said sewer are equal to the
estimated epst of the same as reported by the City Civil Engineer,
and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally
adppted, and now confirms the same.
The Board now orders a resolution prepared for the improvement of
the alley between South 14th and 15th streets, by the Grading,
Graveling and Bouldering and construction of a three brick center
gutter therein, from South 'C' street to South 'D" street.
