M, All the members of said being Present: iiz: Messrs, Mer_ill, O'Neal and Johnson, the Board being Present, viz, Masers, Herrill, O'Neal and Johnson, , following proceedings were hadp to -sit:- the following proceedings were had, to -wit: - Resolutions and plans were ordered prepared for the improvement The Board meets to hear remonstrances from persons interested in of south "I" stye-.t from South Gth street to Liberty Avenue, and the matter of the proposed cOnrsi.ruetion of a sanitary sewer In for the improvement of the alley between North 17th and 18th the first alley east of South 9th street, from South °H" strejt struts from North "E" stroet to the P, C, C, & St. I„ R, Re to South "J" street, as provided for by Improvement Resolution Bm,ber 101-1907, after hearing all persons who appeared, aLld being fully advisel in the premises, the Board decides that the 0 benefits The Hoard did then adjourn, topronerty liable to be assessed for said improvement will equal or exceed the estimated costs of said improvement as shown by an estimate made by the City Civil Engineer, thereupon the Board takes final action on said resolution, confir::dng without modification Preslt of Board, the original # resolution, 5ttes' Clerk of Board. The Board meets to hear remonstrances from persons interested in the matter of the Opening and extension of an alley 14 feet in width from the first alley North of South "D" street to South "D" street as provided for by Declaratory Resolution NO. 21-19079 After hearing all persons who appeared, (No one appearing) and being fully advised in the premises, the Board takes final action thereon, confirming without modification the original resolution aaformerly adopted, The Board unanimopsly adoptQ Improvement Resolution N0, 105-1907, providing for the improvement of South 9th stre.t, by the con- struction of cement sidewalks to the uniform width of Six (6) feet along both sides thereof, from Main street to South "E° otreet, end also the constructicn of cement curbs and gutters along both sides of acid street from South "B" street to South 1� 1 � street, The Board unanlanousl adoo-,a IInyrOVeraent Resolution NO. 106-1907, providing for the improvement of Nert" West Second street, by the atading, Graveling and 2.(acadamizing of the roadway o and 31xthe (c6)n- etion of cement sidewalks to the uniform of cemen f"avt feet along both sides thereof, and also the con!
