in r4gular session at the office of said Board on Wednesday ADri
24t11 1907. at le O'Clock A, No All tics members of said Board
being present, Messrs, Nor,•ill, O'Neal and Johnson. The follmrin

The Board meets to hear remonstrances and take final action in
the matter of Improvement Resolution NO. 102-19079 for the 1TV.
rove'^ent of Borth 14th street, by ti:e construction of cement
sidewalks and cement curbs and gutters on both sides thereof,
from Main street to North 'E" street, After hearing all persons
who appeared and being fully advised in the premises, the Board
decided that the ber.cfits to property liable to be assessed for
said improvement would equal or exceed the estimated costs thereof
as shown by the estimate made by the City Civil Engine=r, and
thereupon takes final e9tion on said resolution as originally
adopted, the same being confirmed without modili'ication,
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose pro-
perty is affected by the following described public improvements:-
Itrrovement Resolution NO, 103-1907. The Grading, Graveling end
construction of a three brick center gutter in the alley between
Kinsey and Pearl streets from West 4th stre':t to West 5th streets.

Board being Drasent. Messrs, Merrill, O'F.eal and Johnson, The
folloving Drooe tdings were had, to-rit:-
The Board adopts unanimously Improvement Resolution 110, 109-
1907, providing for the construction of cement sidewalks or,
the south side of North "B" street, from the first alley %ast
of North 9th street to North 12th7street, and on the Roath
side of said street from the first alley East of North llth
streett to North 12th street. Sidewalks to be of a unifo-a
width of Fivo (5) feet.
The Board orders resolutions prepared for the vacation of
the alley between Lots .3-4-5-6 William A, Blckle's Addition,
and for the improvement of the alley between Nortr 17th and
lath streets, by Grading, Graveling and Bo'_ldering and con-
atruetion of three brick center gutter therein, from North
'E' strest to Railroad street.
