met in regular session at the office of said Board on Friday

Board being Dreseat, viz Mesara, Merrill. 0111eal and Johnson.

The Board meets to hear rMonstrances from persons inter
ested in the matAr of the icmrov#•r.^nt of the alley between
North 17th and 18th streets, by Grading, Graveling and Boul-
dering froia North "E" street to the P. C. 0, 5 St, L. R.R.

The Board unrnimously adopts Declaratory Resolution N0. 33-1907,
for the vacation of the alley first south of Main running
