The Board of Public Works of the City of Richnoml, Indi;olc met in regular session at the office of said Board on Fri- day '.Iay 17th, 19079 at 10 O'Clock A. M, All the members of said Board being present: Messrs, tderrill. O'Iienl and John- son, The following proceedings were had, to -wit: - Bids rare received for the construction of the improvement provided for by Improvement Resolution NO, 105-1907t the construction of caraent sidewalks on both sides of South 9th street from Main street to South "E" street, and also the construction of cement curbs and gutters on both sides of said street from South "B" ntre^t to South "E" street, Messrs Schneider and Burkhardt being the bidders, the contract for said work was awarded to Lanicl G. Burkhardt, in accordance with the bid presented by him, as ;'ollollis. Ce;nent sidewalks, 69 cents per lineal foot, Crosswalks, 70 cents per lineal foot, Intersections, 13 cents per square Toot, Straight curb and gutter, 69 cents per lineal foot. Circle curb and gutter, 1.08 her lineal foot, Inlets 15.00 each, Bids were received for the construction of the imprOv011ent provided for by Improvement Resolution NO lost the Grading, Graveling and Bouldering of South "I" street iTom South 6th street to Liberty Avenue, as follows. The Boarci on motion extends title for the completion of the imp- rovement provided for by Improvement Resolution 110, 87-1907, the Guiding, Graveling and Bouldering of the alley between North 20th and 21st streets from North "Co street to North "E" street, to June 1st, 1907.
