MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL,SERVING AS A
COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION_ OF THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING & PO1A1ER PLANT
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND , INDIANA.
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, serving as a
Committee in charge of the operation of the Municipal ElBctric Lighting
and Power Plant of said City , met in the office of the Board of Works
Monday, April 3rd, 1944, at $:30 olclock P. M. -- Messrs. Brehm, Cart-
wright, Hibberd, Homan, Kinder, Marino, Russell, Tracy and Wilkins
being present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read- and=approved.
Mr Stevens reported the price of coal used at the plant had in-
creased in the amount of.05 cents on the ton , approved by O. A.
The report on generation showed an increase of 12- 0 per cent
for thA month of March over the same period for last year, 1943.
After allowing claims in the amount:.of $38,710.16 on .proper motion
the Committee adjourned.
