East of North 10th street running Nortr and South to North llth street.(width five (5) feet. Improvement Resolution No. 112-1907, for the construction of cerent sidewalks to the width of Six (6) feet along both sides of Hunt street from School street to Charles street, Improvement Resolution No. 114-1907, for the improverent of North 9th street, by the construction of cement sidewalks on both sides thereof, Seven (7) feet in width, from North "A" street to "Elm Places Improvement Resolution No. 11.�1907, for the improve:ient of the alley running North and South between South 7th and Bth streets, by Grading Graveling and Bouldering and construction of three brick center gut- ter therein from South NH" street to South "J" street. After hearing all persons interested who appeared, and being fu11y advised In the premises, the Board decides that the benefits to Property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same as reported by the City Civil Engineer and thereupon takes final action on said resolutions as originally adopted, the same being confirmed without maiification.
