were had, to -wit! -
The Board meets to hear remonstrances from persons interested In
the Later of the assessment of buneflto and damages on account of
the vacation of an alley between Lots.3-4-5 and 6 W. A. Bickle,s
Addition to t.`.e City of Richmond, and running from South 8th street
to South 9th str^^t, as provided for by Declaratory Resolution B0,
22-1907. August C. RUBY, Attorney, appearing on behalf of the pro-
perty owners Snterest►d, remonstrates against the amount of besefits
aasessed In said matter, After hearing said renonstrance, the Board
Proceeds to modify said assessment roll, by reducing said asses3umt
from $12.50 per Lot to $8, 00. The Board then confirms acid assee.�

Finance,
She Board met to hear remonstrances and take final action on
Declaratory Resolution. No. 23-1907, for t1:e vacation of an a11ey

No remonstrance being filed with or presented to the Board against
said proposed vacation, thereupon, being fully advised in the
matter, V: a Board takes final action on said Resolution, confinlini

the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all
owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein
sought to be taken or to be injuriously affectedwhlcb list
or roll shall also desarlbe the property beneficially affected.

Pursuant to poitponer..ent the Board considers Improvement Reso-
lution KC. 113-1907, for the Improverent of North 'A' street,

thereof, fror_ North 7th street to North 16th street. After hearing
all persons interested the Board modifies said OrSSinal Resolution
by eliminating the con:rtructlor. of said irProveIrtn of the south
