present, the following proce-dings were had, to-rit:-
The Board meets to hear remonstrances frr p._rsons interested,
and whose property is liable to be as3essed for the inprove-
Mont of South 6th street by the constructior of cement side-
walks and cement curbs and gutters on both sides thereof, from.
Main street to South •A• street, as provided for by Improvement
Resolution NO. 117-1907.( Remonstrance being filed, signed by
Henry Cutter and .others) after considering said remora trance
the Board modifies said Resolution in that the sidewalks Shall
be constructed to the width of 10 feet on the wes. side of said
sweet and 11.1/2 feet on the east side thereof.
