Juno Me 1907, at 11 "Clock A. M. All the members of Bald
Board, Messrs, Merrill. O'Neal and Johnson, being present: the
following prooe^uiags were had, to -wit: -
The Board meets to hear remeonstranosso if any, of 1>^-r:;ons Pri-
narily assessed or. acoeunt of the laprovement of Nort!; 20ih
street by the oonstruotion Of oetnent sidewalks on the last side
thereof, from forth 'C' street to North 'S' atr••t, as provi.,ed
for by InVrovement Resolution NO. 93-1907. After hearing all
persons who appeared, the Board approves a final assessment roll,
oonflrc:rg in all thinga, the original asseonmont roll as here-
tefore ar roved and allows a final estimate !'or the construction
of the said LWrovrnent in favor of Daniel 0. Burkhardt, for
$427.11. Said assessment roll Is further ordered transmitted
forthwith to the Departmort of Tinanoe.
A petitlor was presented from Harry burden, for ➢emission to
Place sox atone curbing in front of his property on Srerldra
street. Petition not granted.
A petition, was presented for the Placing of an arc light at the

was taken under advisement.

from South 5th street to South 6th street, as provided for by Impro
verient Renolution NO. 11Pi 1907. After hearing all those who
