The Board approves a Primary aoseaament roll in the matter of
the improvement of Lincoln street by the construction of Cement
sidewalks on both sides thereof, from Nest First street to Vest
Fi:3h stre•'�t as provided for by Improvement Resolution NO, 10
1907.
The Board approves a Primary Assessment roll In the mutter of
the inprovement of the Second alley south of Main street running
East and West, by the construction of a cement roadway to the
full width thereof, from South 5th street to South 6th street,
as provided for by Improvement Resolution NO, 98-19070
The Clerk was instructed to adlertile for bids for the construc-
tion of the Improvement of the first alley south of South "B"
street running East and West, by Grading, Graveling and Bouldering
of the roadway and the construction of three brick center gutter
therein from South 5th to :south Sth street, as provided for by
IrTrovement Resolution NO, 118-1907.
Tie Board unanimously adopts Improvement Resolution NO. 125-19076
for the improvement of North "E" strut from Tenth to Sixteenth
streets, by the construction of concrete curb and gutters and
Paving the roadway with vitrified paving block between the points
named above and the construction of cement sidewalks seven feet
In widt;l on the North side of said street, except on the portions
now paved with Star Block or CemAnt, and on the south side of
said street from loth to 13th streits,
The Board did then adjourn.

The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board, Friday
June 28tit, 1907, at 10 0 Clock A. M, All the members of said
Board being present, Masers, Morriil. O'Neal and Johnson; The
following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The Board meets to hear all persons interested, and to take
final action in the tauter of the construction of ce-:,ent side-
walks on both sides of South 12th street from Main stre^t to
South "E" sire*t as provided for by Improvement Resolution
N0. 123-1907, Remonstrances being filed, the Board postpones
final action until Wednesday July•3rd, 1907.
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose pro-
perty is affected by reason of the proposed improvement of
South 22nd street by the construction of cement curbs and
gutters and cement sidewalks on both sides thereof and Gra-
veling and Bouldering of the roadway from Main street to South
'A" street ne provided for by Improvement Resolution N0, 12:�
1907. After hearing all persons interested and being fully
advised in the premises, the Board decides that the benefits
to property liable to be assessed for said improvement would
equal or exceed the estimated costs of said improvement as the
same appears from a report and estimate made by the City Civil
Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution
he originally adopted, the same being Confirmed without modifi-
cation,

the construction of a cement gutter strip on both sides thereof,
