Board of Public Works,
Friday June 28th, 1907e
by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action
on said resolution as originally adopted, the same being confirmed
without
the Board meets to. hear remonstrances, if any, of persons pri-
marily assessed on account of the improvement consisting of
the construction of a sanitary sewer in the alleys between
North llth and 12th streets from North "H" street to the White_
water river, as provided for by Improvement Resolution N0. 59_
1907, After hearing all persons interested who appeared, the
Board approves a final assessment roll, confirming in all
things the original assessment roll as heretofore approved,
and order same transmitted forthwith to the Department of
Finance*
on motion the Board grants permisdion to Oharleo Marvel,
to construct a cement roadway under private contract in the
alley at rear of Lot 176 C. W. Starr's Addition,
On motion the Board orders an extension of water main along
South 22nd street from Main street to South "A" street, and
that a fire hydrant be placed at the intersection of South
"A" and 22n d streets.
On motion the Board orders an extension of water main along
South 16th street from South "B" to South "E" streets with
fire hydrant at the intersection of South 16th and "E" Ste.
It being understood that the property holders interested pay
all•costs of such extension except for Soo feet of same which
is to be paid for by the City,
The City Civil Engineer presented a report showing the com-
pletion of the improvement of the alley between South 9th
and loth streets by Grading, Graveling and Bouldering from
South C street.345 feet south, Said report showing the total
cost of same to be 1238.05, Same was approved by the Board.

The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said Board, Wednes-
day July•3rd, 19079 at 10 0 Clock A. M. All the members of
said Hoard, Messrs, Merrill. O'Neal and Johnson, being pre-
sent. The following proceedings were had, to -wit: -
The attention of the Board was called to the several matters
referred to them from Council, as follows:.
Weeds at South 5th street Dump.
Cornerstone at the intersection of South 13th dnd "E" Sts.
Ditch in South "A" street between •2nd and •3rd streets.
Sidewalks on South 9th street between E and H streets.
Sidewalk on the North side of Kinsey street between West 2nd
and.3rd streets.
Sidewalk on the South side of North "J" street between loth
and 12th streets.
Sidewalk on the East side of Star Park,
The Board unanimously approves a Prima Facie assessmdnt Roll
in the matter of the improvement of the alley between South
9th and loth streets from South "C" street to a point•340
feet south.
The Board meets to hear all persons interested or whose prop-
erty is liable to be assessed by reason of the improvement of
South 12th street by the cons tructio:;of dement sidewalks on
both sides thereof from Main street to South "E" etre.t to
